About Sikkim State University
Overview
Sikkim State University (SSU), Gangtok, Sikkim was established under the Sikkim University Act, 2003 (amended in 2017). The University was established with the aim of providing higher education in various fields such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Communication, and Literature. SSU warmly welcomes students, faculty, researchers, and visitors to its vibrant academic community nestled in the serene lap of the Himalayas.
